New Co-op Housing to be Built in Vancouver

A big announcement and a big win today for Co-op housing!

Three levels of government have come together and pledged $110 Million to create more affordable housing. 358 units will be built across four locations in the city, 288 of which will be set aside for seniors and families.

All 4 locations are in East Van, and include:

  • 1700 Kingsway (Kensington Cedar Cottage)
  • 2780 SE Marine Drive (Killarney)
  • 2800 SE Marine Drive (Killarney)
  • 2910 E Kent Avenue South (Killarney)
