Our little co-op opened its doors for the first time in February, 1998, and families started moving in. The neighbourhood was a lot different back then–there were less businesses, less towers, the PAL was yet to be built.

We still have a lot of those original members, and others who have come, contributed, and then gone on to other places.

We would like to hold a celebration/party to celebrate our 20th anniversary in mid-late June, and we need your help!

Our vision is to host an afternoon-long event; something more family-friendly for the younger crowds in the afternoon (akin to our usual summer social BBQ) and then something on the roof for the older folks later in the evening. We’d also like to include some kind of legacy project; something that marks where we’ve been, and will be there for the future, as well.

We need help on many fronts:
