Well, this is a relief.

Yesterday, the Premier announced that the allowable rent increase for 2019 will be capped at 2.5%, rather than the 4.5% that was announced a few weeks ago.

This means our housing charges will be capped at 3.5%, which is much better than the 5.5% that we had been looking at.
